‘Abdu’l-Bahá said:
“The Children of Israel will gather in the Holy Land. This is a definite promise… The Jewish nation will achieve greatness in the eyes of the world, to the extent that it will become the envy of enemies and the admiration of friends.”
(Lights of Guidance, p.627, paragraph 1677)
Baha’ism, centered in Israel, maintained a cooperative relationship with this occupying state. While the Arab world boycotted Israel, the Baha’is attracted significant capital from the government under the guise of beautifying Holy places and displayed it as an artificial showcase of religious diversity.
Millions of dollars are brought to the Israeli government every year through Baha’i pilgrims.
