The Spiritual Assembly possesses the three branches of government:
legislative, judicial, and executive.

This is completely contrary to the current political systems of the world. In existing systems, each of the legislative, judicial, and executive powers is entrusted to completely separate institutions.
These institutions have no right to interfere in each other’s work and are entirely independent. However, in the Baha’i system, these three powers are given to the Spiritual Assembly!
